Can you guys please work on your payment system. I cannot understand how you are making money if these basic systems are not working.
The support desk email is not readiliy available either and one has to work through this stupid community messaging system. -

Hi Louis,
I understand that you have been using Telfree's classic packages for your account 877500361, available at www.telfreeclassic.co.za and have been dealing with Amanda previously.
I can see that you have made a Paypal payment for the Ultimate Package. The error in not allocating the package is that as a of the classic package, it is not possible to switch to the packages listed at www.telfree.com. I am able to refund the purchase, or allocate you normal credit that you can use for calls, SMSes etc.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, we are working to have a clearer process.
Please advise how you would like to proceed.
