not able to buy credit via paypal

I can not buy credits using paypal - the option does not appear on the 'Buy Credit' interface. Please advise?

The Paypal gateway has been working and in use. We will need to look at issues specific to you. Can you tell me exactly what happens why you try to purchase? What error do you get?

  Suggest you take another look, PayPal are blocking any attempt to pay you as they think it's fraudulent !
