Just log into your Telfree account at www.telfree.com
Select Telephony
Then select SIP Details

Hi! I tried your service without top up DID number worked perfectly with webphone. Today I tried your mobile application on my Nokia - voice quality was superb. My DID number and my webphone application has stopped working, I guess that's 'cause my package is Basic. I'd like to top up my account with Ukash, but before that would you be so kind to send me my SIP settings at my registered email - to try out.

I would like to request the SIP settings details to be sent to my email address xyzw -at- mailcity.com .

Will the 877 number work even after the trial period as an incoming number only ?

The process of requesting authorization for SIP settings could be automated by including a soft button inside the dashboard so that it is more obvious to the end user. Better still the details could be made available there to reduce staff overhead when manually processing such requests.
