I can't create reservations or rate groups

I've 2 support request. One was done last Monday 20/07/09 and the other 21/07/09. Today 26/07/09 i'm still waiting for an answer or at least some kind of feedback. So much for the 48hrs reply...Do you think i could have an answer before christmas?
