everything is coming up marked as read
all new events are automatically coming up as read. I am not getting unread counters and I can't tell which are new things I need to read and which are old ones. strangely searches are functioning normally. I have not changed anything, it was working perfectly then all of a sudden it stopped highlighting new items and immediately marked them as read.

Inappropriate?Searches are not aggregated (meaning that they will not appear in the parent sidebar item and thus their count will not be added). You can change this by adjusting the aggregation (via right-click on the search).

Inappropriate?Sorry, I mean all twitter events and facebook events that are Not in searches are automatically marked as read as soon as they refresh. The HUD should come up as recent (10) or whatever but everything is grayed out and there is no unread count, same as the main window. I don't have automatically mark as read when I scroll, and I didn't change any settings, it just happened about 1 hour into having it open for the day (where it had been working perfectly before). restarting has made no difference. reinstalling has made no difference.
this is the console message:
9/02/09 1:29:34 PM EventBox[950] unhandled property type encoding: `{_NSRange="location"I"length"I}'
I am also talking about this error on twitter to @eventbox so sorry for the cross posting!
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I did have the same problem, I did a full uninstall with AppCleaner (it removes associated files, not just the app itself) and reinstalled, and since then it has been working. But I am keeping my eye on it.
