Still Google Reader sync problems

I've still problems when i try to use Google Reader subscriptions. When i use the subscriptions in EB, only the new feeds (after i set up using EB for reading GR feeds) appear. Not the old ones, which are displayed when i use the "real" Google Reader. Am i doing something wrong , or is it a bug?
