Within FriendFeed, I get all the information my friends choose to add like Netflix queue additions, zooomr and flickr pics, Disqus comments, del.icio.us bookmarks, Google Reader shares, YouTube favorites, and Last.fm scrobbles. I could certainly get my friend to give me the RSS feeds for all this info, but it's much easier for them to add it to FriendFeed. Then I could just add FF to EventBox. I would love to see this feature. -
Inappropriate?Yeah I don't understand this besides the fact FriendFeed has their own comment system (which I've never understood either).

Inappropriate?No, there may be some duplicate functionality but there are a couple of reasons that FriendFeed should be supported. First, it's more then just an aggregate, there is a commenting system on FriendFeed that crosses it over into a social network itself. Second, well, FriendFeed has so many services it would be a nice and easy extension to EventBox. I'd think of SocialThing being a much more direct competitor to EventBox.
