I would like to cancel my subscription IMMEDIATELY. This website is anything but acceptable. I will expect verification of cancellation and refund within the next 36 hours.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your membership.
To cancel your membership, please log into your account and click on the "My Profile" tab at the top of any page and go to the "Update Your Profile" option (located in "My Bookmarks"). To cancel your account go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Deactivate my account" link.
To apply for a refund, please send an email to support@thehairstyler.com with your username.
