Hi Everyone,
We are currently putting measures in place to correct the photo uploading/loading issues and thank you for your understanding.
The loading issues are caused by the size of the photo being uploaded. To correct the problem we recommend making sure that your photo is as small as possible. This will allow your photo to load more quickly and make it easier for you to view the hairstyles with your photo.
If your photo is over 1 MB then we kindly ask that you please use these tools to make your photo smaller:

If at anytime you have trouble resizing or uploading your photo then you can email it, along with your username and password, to support@thehairstyler.com and we will be more than happy to adjust your photo and add it to your account for you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your picture/photo not loading in the Virtual Hairstyler. Could it perhaps be the original size of the photo is too big?
Whilst there is no pre-set constraint on photo size, we don't recommend it being bigger than 1-2Mb.
You can however use free online services to try to re-size your photo before you try uploading it to the Virtual Hairstyler.

Thanks for your question.
If you're having trouble uploading or loading your photo can you please make sure that you have done the following:
1) Your photo is in a valid photo format (jpg, bmp, tif or gif).
2) The name of your photo does not have any unusual characters, i.e <, ', /, * etc.
3) You are logged into your account and not trying to upload your photo to our demo.
4) That your photo is no bigger than 1-2Mb.
5) That you have ticked the box next to "there are no minors present in the photo I am uploading" before pressing the "Add photo" button in the photo upload wizard.
6) That you have cleared your cache and reloaded the page before attempting to upload/load your photo. More info on clearing your cache can be found here: http://gsfn.us/t/b384

I've done all of the above. My photo is a jpg. The name is meforhair2. I am logged into my account. My photo is only 48.0 KB. I have checked the disclaimer box, and cache is clear. I generally use Firefox, but I tried it in IE and Safari as well with the same results. I just paid for this service, but so far have not been able to use it. It's very frustrating. -

Inappropriate?Even though you've marked this question as already answered, I beg to differ. If your answer doesn't fix the problem, it's NOT answered! I have uploaded my photo to your site, but when I try to use it on the Virtual Hairstyler, the timer continues to run indefinitely telling me the photo is loading. I left it for an hour and it never loaded. I've tried repeatedly, doing it just as you advised in your previous answers, but it does not work. I think I'll be discontinuing my membership. Too bad you didn't just keep the old paid site. I enjoyed it, and it wasn't a hardship to pay a bit for such a great service.

Inappropriate?Most of the questions were 3 months ago but apparently the problem is not resolved. I have done everything that they said to do and it will still not load the picture. My $14.95 had no problem going through, though. What is the deal? I have paid to use this site before and never had any problems. This is so frustrating. I cannot see any photos, much less my own.
