Why my order is still Awaiting Despatch (Est: 05/06/2009 ) ?

Hi,

Sacred 2(for Xbox360) is supposed to be dispatched within 24 hours, I've ordered mine the 1st of june and it's still "Awaiting Despatch (Est: 05/06/2009 )"...
Is it possible to get some information about this delay ? The information displayed on the Order Summary page are neither helpful nor inspire confidence (even if my previous order was shipped without worries !).
