Bank of America won't download
As of today, I am unable to use MD to download from my Bank of America accounts. The error message I receive is "The given customer ID or PIN is not valid. For more information, contact your financial institution. Additional information from the server: An incorrect username/pasword combination has been entered. Please try again." After a few attempts, a new error message told me that my account had been locked and that I needed to reset my password, which I did - but got the same "not valid" error message thereafter.
I called BoA, where surprisingly the representative was willing to accept the idea that Moneydance was a "Quicken clone" (not exactly) and help me. She checked and said my attempts to download were in fact going through, and she had no idea why I was getting the error message. She also aid that there were no reports of trouble with BoA systems.

Inappropriate?Are you using the "remember online banking passwords" feature or do you enter your customer ID and password every session? Is it possible that the customer/login ID has a typo (it is remembered between sessions)?
One other more worrisome possibility is that maybe someone else has gained access to your account and changed the PIN?
