Blank report screen
When I try to open the budget report in "Graphs & Reports" I get a blank gray page. Nothing. Nada. Not even an error. Problem occurs on other reports as well (but not the graphs, it seems). Budgeting is what is particularly bothersome since it's why I purchased the software in the first place.

Inappropriate?I get this too it also happens with many other menus and features. Things work intermitantly. I'm running a trial of Moneydance on Ubuntu 8.04.

Inappropriate?Try disabling special effects, maybe: System | Preferences | Appearance | Visual Effects | None.
Java and Compiz don't always play well together. A recent post to the mailing list said:
This problem is purported to be fixed (after only two years =8O) in
Sun's java6 update 10, which is now in the ubuntu 8.10 repositories.
I'm not holding my breath for the package to be backported to ubuntu
8.04, but it's possible to just download it from Sun and install.
