Can't get Moneydance started
Help! Help! I'm a new Mac user and can't get Moneydance started. I used to be a PC Quicken user but am now trying to reform myself. I've downloaded, received my serial # (or is it called Key) and now don't know what to do. I'm so new to Mac I don't understand the directions, "Once application is unzipped, drag Moneydance icon to Application folder. If it is there you may now move Moneydance.zip to trash."
I have clicked and pressed my poor Mac so much that it probably does not know what to do next. Please somebody, help!!!

Inappropriate?If you've already downloaded Moneydance, which it seems like you have, then you should have an application called "Moneydance" in your Downloads folder. If not, look for a file called Moneydance.zip in your Downloads folder and double-click on it. Doing that will put the Moneydance application into your Downloads folder.
Once you have the Moneydance application, you can drag it to your Applications folder so that it is easy to find later. From the Applications folder you can either double-click on it to start or drag it into the dock at the bottom of the screen where it will always be visible and a single click will start it.

Inappropriate?I have a related problem, I opened MD, downloaded some qif files, saved the MD file. Came back next day and opened MD. However, all menu items in MD are greyed out. I cannot do anything. If I try to open from my documents file I get an error
