CD certificates in investment account
The APR rate does not enter when choosing a CD as the type of investment. Makes it impossible to track multiple CDs and rate of return. Impossible to get an overall sense of the CD portfolio, (account) return on investment. Is this just my copy of MD or an fault in the program? I remember in the old forum this problem never was resolved. If MD aspires to being a robust financial management tool than it should include cash based investments as well. Asset allocation is key to asset management. I find the remainder of the program works well. I have the MD 2008r2 (617)

Inappropriate?I'm not positive my question relates to this -- but I could've sworn that I once saw a place, in MD, where I could enter the rate and date of maturity for a CD -- now, I can no longer find it. Was I imagining this? I just upgraded to 2008r2 (617) today...
I’m unsure

Inappropriate?I just purchased Moneydance, and am finding the same issue. Have not been able to enter the yield and term in a meaningful way for CD's. Has anyone found the solution?
