Chase Online Banking No Longer Connects
I had already set up online banking with Chase, and downloading transactions worked several times in the last week, but now it doesn't connect anymore. Instead, I get a message that says:

I’m anxious that my favorite financial institution won't play with Moneydance anymore.

Inappropriate?I am having a similar problem with my bank. Last week UMB bank overhauled their online presence and now MoneyDance can no longer connect. I am certain its a QFX problem, but tech support at the bank will not give me the information I need to set up MoneyDance manually. They said they had contacted Quicken and Micro$oft Money, but would not contact anybody else because Quicken and Money are the only ones they will support. So I guess its up to MoneyDance to step forward and fix the problem. I have installed Quicken and will start using it if MoneyDance tech support doesn't address the problem soon.

Inappropriate?Inexplicably, Chase now is working for me. Wish I knew what if anything I did to correct the problem so I could share it here. Perhaps it was just a problem at their end that they worked out. I didn't do anything but wait overnight and try it again - not even so much as a reboot.

Chase is still not working for me. I first tried to set it up a couple of weeks ago, and it has never worked. I can't get through the setup menus for Chase. All my other credit cards and bank accounts work fine. Chase continues to work fine on Quicken. Which I am trying to abandon. -
Inappropriate?The fact that Moneydance has no response at all to this problem is very disappointing.

Inappropriate?I I used to really like Chase's online services - bill payess were always there,
and our various kid accounts were connected to my site for easy viewing and transferring. A much needed clean-out and some updates reverted my Chase cookies to original settings, hence payess and multiple account views are now gone. This is the case on two computers, and their IT dept. tells me it's my deal, but gives me no way to even re-enter the multiple accounts. Other bank and financial accounts remained intact through the recent cleanouts. We become so dependent on these services....kind of like when the power goes out....don't always appreciate how great it is til we're without it. Think I'll do without Chase.

I have the identical problem. I've been using Chase Online for several years. Now, it suddenly won't work. When I try to log on my computer locks up. On my laptop, I have no trouble.
