Error code 2000... Everytime I try to download my transactions from chase bank it says" the user cannot signon because of invalid user ID or password, or host is unavailable." It is not the incorrect user ID or password. Any help will be appreciated.

Inappropriate?Could it be that you have not "enrolled" in direct access (I think they charge $9.95/mo for it)? If not, you only get "download and import" access.
