Moneydance gets into loop

When I try to import downloaded transactions into Moneydance (build 617) and Moneydance thinks my account is up to date, I get into a loop: I cannot cancel or click away the little window telling me my account is up to date. The only way I can close that window is by closing Moneydance using Windows Task manager. See: http://www.spinsister.nl/zandbak/film... .
