Moneydance importing MT940 transactions

I would like to download and reconcile my ABN Amro transactions however the export is only MT940 or TXT formats. Now MD does have atext file importer but it is messy AND it imports the transactions instead of reconciling them. Meaning I have duplicates with my scheduled transactions. As MD only seems to support reconciling on OFX files will Moneydance support MT940 format in the future? Which is I understand a more common format for European banks?
