My credit union transactions don't download properly
My credit union is on the list of supported banks, and I am able to connect okay with it, but the information I download is not accurate. Specifically, most transactions are ignored. Their support people say that they only work with Quicken and Money. Is there a way to make this work better?

Inappropriate?I now have three banks and Discover doing direct access connection without a problem. I have learned to ask for Quicken support as most of the support people will only (probably by bank policy) talk about that or Money. I have found any support for Quicken works without problem.
I also have not seen any accuracy problem in downloading QFX or QIF files and importing.
If you want to see the data in a downloaded file, just open it in a text editor. You can compare this to what you get from a direct access and what is correct. Then you have some specifics to ask about.
