Need a report showing totals by category within account

Is there a report that totals by category within account? For example, I like to see (for tax reason) my total interest earned, ordinary dividends, short term capaital gains distributions, long term capital gains distributions, and some other categories, for 2008, but split by account. I don't see a report that does this.

But I do see this available workaround though: The cash flow report lets you specify categories, and it subtotals by account, just like I want. But it combines all thle selected categories together, I want each category subtotaled. So what I'm doing is creating a separate report for each category. It seems a little cumbersome, which is what I'm posing this question here.
