Online banking setup only showed one AMEX account

I had been successfully downloading transactions for my AMEX account.
Recently for no discernable reason MD began reporting the account was not
recognized. Going thru the "set up online banking" dialogs showed only my
old, cancelled, corporate AMEX card. It did not include my personal AMEX
card. I logged into the AMEX web site and (after much head scratching)
managed to disable online access to the cancelled corporate card. After
doing so setting up the online banking in MD showed the correct account
number and downloads resumed working.
