Online Error-Please Help!
I am having a problem with an "online error" trying to connect to my bank, B of A in Washington.
It just says "Online error when I try to connect. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?I was getting the same message with Commerce Bank of KC. It turned out to be a problem with either the ID, the password, or both. The bank had two difference IDs for me, one for web-based banking, the other for OFX banking, and I was using the wrong one.
Also check the account number.
It would be nice if you could ask MD to log the conversation with the OFX server to a spearate window or file so we could all tell exactly where the problem lies. -
Inappropriate?In my case, it appears that the software only supports Wachovia and not zWachovia, which is used for accounts that were acquired as part of a merger.
