Online transaction date when matched with dowloaded transaction
When I create a online payment, the transaction date gets assigned to 8 or more days in the future .. yet, when I download that transaction (to reconcile) and MD matches the transaction, I would think it makes more sense to have MD modify the transaction with the Cleard date and not the date it used to create the transaction .. Is this possible? I've been doing this manually so far.

Inappropriate?I also would like MD to modify the register date, if necessary, to match the date the bank says the payment is made.
I have noticed the dates are within a couple of days for ACH processed payments. Those the bank sends as a check usually have the date the check clears which can be significantly different than the due date you set in the MD on-line payment.
