us bank doesn't give an option for MD; only money or quicken
I have just opened an account at US Bank. When I go to the online banking it gives options for downloading transactions. However, the choices are either money or quicken. Any ideas?

Inappropriate? If you mean to download a file to import usually choose Quicken. See more info here:

Inappropriate?Either should work. Money uses the OFX file format which is standard. Quicken uses QFX which is based on OFX with a small change to support their lock-in business model. Moneydance will import both of these formats.

Inappropriate?I tried downloading the OFX file. When I started importing it, new transactions started appearing in the bottom window so that there were 2 copies of most, if not all transactions.

Inappropriate?Use Quicken. MD will import Quicken and CSV (generic Spread Sheet) files fine, but I have not tried to import a Money file. With CSV files, youmay loose some account info.
