Why can't I download from Prudential Retirement?

What is the account formatting for downloading from Prudential Retirement? It is on the list for being able to download security information, but the formatting for account information is different for Money vs Quicken. I have tried using the Quicken account format - xxxxxxXxxxxxxXxxxx and ignoring the account number question, which is what you do with money set up, and neither work. I would really, really love to switch to MoneyDance, but downloading really needs to be a bit more user friendly or greater instructional detail needs to be provided.
