Year End Tax summary
I purchased program early last year but didn't jump into it until last week.
I've spent over 10 hours importing over 15 years data from Quicken the past couple of days. Import went very well. FAST! Just needed to fine tune some data.
I must say I'm totally impressed with program. But HELP!!, for the life of me I can't get a year end tax summary from the report generator. When I select individual categories under income/expense report only a couple of categories show up.
Maybe this has been asked and answered, but I can't find it. How can I generate a tax summary report? or better yet why not include "Tax Summary" report in report generator in MD2009!

Inappropriate?Hi Steve, can you generate an Income and Expenses report and select all of the categories? I would think that might show what you're looking for.1 Comment

Thanks for response Sean. I was able to generate a year-end report by going in and individually selecting appropriate categories. One problem/bug? though -- I memorized report but everytime I went back to open up the report most of the categories previously selected were unselected and random categories were selected. I had to reselect each time I wanted to regenerate report...Not fun!! As I also asked is it possible to include a "Tax Summary" report in the drop down list?
