civil rights for the handicaped

parents of handicap children need your help with a civil rights act OMRDD is our problem when a child is abused cps wont take the case even when it is reported .It all gos to Omrdd and 95%of all there cases are unfounded.children like the carey boy are dieing from abuse in state run facilitys and parents dont even have the write to look at records or know the name of the person who is abusing our children . these children dont have the same writes as you and I do .Iam A parent of 3 special needs children 2with autism and 1withaspergers .I can give you proof of many such cases just with my own children.So please help us give us A chance to let the world know what really is happening
