Robin Hood's Water Piracy in reverse.

In Central Florida, the Nestle company is trying to get approval to pump millions of gallons of water from our aquifer (at a riduculously lower price than homeowners pay) to sell elsewhere while our state continues to place water restrictions and threats of water shortages now and in the future. How can we stop this? What official stands to make $$ on this deal while leaving Floridians in a lurch?? Please help us to stop this.
