Can't add outline elements
I can't get started... I created an outline, but can't figure out how to add elements to it. I've seen screenshots online with buttons like "Promote" but on my screen the UI has no buttons, just the name of the outline. I tried typing, using Insert and Enter keys. I'm feeling pretty dumb here. BTW, I'm a developer with a couple decades of experience.

Inappropriate?From the 'my outlines' page click the title of the outline you wish to view/edit.
On the next page you should then see the same outline title surronded by a box.
Click on this title and it should expose a sub-menu.
Click 'add a child' to get started.
I can see how this first outline would be problomatic and will have a think about how to make it clear what you need to do when you arrive on the outlines page for the first time (there was also a bug that prevented this first outline from displaying correctly, so you may have already tried to do this).
