Link behaviour problem when using Brizzly in Fluid.app
Can you change the way links in tweets are launched so that they behave the same as the way link in profiles are launched?
I run Brizzly as a standalone app using Fluid.app and it always launches an extra blank window when clicking links in tweets, but not when clicking the links in twitter profiles.

Inappropriate?I'll talk to our engineers about that and see what they say. Personally, I would prefer that all links launch in a new window but I'll talk to the rest of the team.

Good point! I started using Brizzly in Fluid.app because I was trying to find a way to run it in its own window so it didnt get lost in all the browser tabs I have running. I should really just try running it in its own browser window rather than trying to get you guys to bend it to my whim :P -
Hopefully you guys can test with middle (meta key) clicks too, both on the links on the left, links inside tweets, and profile pages. I like to open content in new tabs as a shortcut to "investigate later"... -
Inappropriate?I encountered this as well. The link open's fine in my default browser session, but it leaves an empty window in the Fluid.app instance. Odd!

Yes, I'm experiencing the exact same thing. -
Inappropriate?Telling Fluid to send links to the default browser, in the background combined with "Sites spawning new windows" to open in new tabs instead of windows will send a clicked link to your browser and open a blank tab rather than a blank window. It's a little better behavior as a workaround, IMO.

I don't agree. I actually changed it to open a blank tab instead, because I found it slightly less annoying, but still very annoying. -
Inappropriate?I cannot get Brizzly to run In Fluid.app. Login forces external browser. Any advice?

We're aware Brizzly and Fluid.app don't get along well. We'll be working on a fix shortly. Thanks! -
Still can't get Brizzly to run as a Fluid app ... any movement on this? -
Not quite yet. We're focusing on different priorities. I'll let you know when I have an update.
