Need to Add "Reply" to DM's

when you go to your "inbox" to read a DM & want to reply, it would be much easier if there was a "reply" button/icon. right now you have to go to "Create a direct message" to reply.

also need to have a time stamp on DM's w/specific date, not just "two weeks ago"
