Nest Replies
just an idea, but i am sure it may be on one of your list working on. I just thought it would be nice to have nested replies so I would know what they reply me referring what tweet I posted.

Inappropriate?Do you mean you'd like to see replies threaded within your timeline? We currently show links to direct you to the original tweet. What would your ideal experience be?
Thanks,
Corinna -
Inappropriate?yes that is correct. what do you mean show links to direct to the original tweet? I havent seen one like that yet.
what i mean is that I want to able to see replies thread on the timeline of my friends and mine like Tweetree.com can do, or using a userscript: troynt's twitter script for twitter.com. it is a nice idea of having a nested replies. -
Inappropriate? If you're viewing @replies within your time line, you'll see a little link underneath the update. It says "in reply to..." and links to the original tweet.
Personally I find the experience of nesting to be confusing, as it shows replies when they occurred in your time line but displays them as nested replies as well. -
Now I see what you meant by "in reply to" on brizzly. At first, i didnt understand what you mean and i looked for it on Brizzly. I see it now. It is nice, but it would be nicer if it is showing inside in Brizzly rather than opening the link to the new tab or window. -
Inappropriate?Seriously, if a measly userscript (think Greasemonkey) (see here: http://web.me.com/t_trace/pbtweet.htm...) can do it, you can too. This will be a differentiating feature between brizzly and the competition. A big one. Just do it.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
nested replies!.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?See above for "what would you like the experience to be like". Try pbtweet (linked above) and see for yourselves :). Also note it has settings (upper right part of the page, near Twitter's own links to Home, Help and so on), so you can define how deep the nesting should go (in number of replies). As I said before, this would be a killer feature, that I haven't yet seen implemented in this way in any of the more famous Twitter clients.
-
Inappropriate?Well, pbtweet doesnt work on Brizzly. I was referring to Brizzly. Not Twitter.com. Sorry for the confusion.
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate?Well, my idea got merged into yours. And I don't know who is more confused. I said that I would like the nested reply functionality IN BRIZZLY to act in a very similar manner to how pbtweet brings that functionality to twitter.com. Maybe the caps lock helped clear things out for you now.
-
Inappropriate?Gotcha. Yes, it would be nice. Tweetree.com does that feature. I hope BRIZZLY will come up with something like that. I really like Brizzly. It is fast and easy.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Nested replies would be the killer feature that would make me switch to Brizzly permanently. (Well, that and being able to see and block/report as spam followers directly from Brizzly.)
There's a nice screenshot of how nested replies work on Twitter.com at this Greasemonkey script's page. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3...
