There are Titterers which i follow ... but Brizzly think i not follow them and shows me the follow-button. The main problem is, that i can't mute this person.

Inappropriate?Sounds like a bug. Thanks for reporting! We'll get someone to fix it. Thanks,
Corinna -
Thanks, our engineers are aware. -
Inappropriate?Me too... When I hover over the account, I get this:

And when I click to Follow (someone I have followed for more than a year, by the way) I get this:

(Ignore the image underneath with the Mute and Unfollow buttons... those were from the pic that Justin shared with me to show me what it was supposed to look like, and are an artifact of the static image in the screen capture.)
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate? Thanks for your patience, everyone. One of our engineers will be fixing this. At the moment it's still a bug.
-
Any progress on this? I see that new features are getting added, but this bug really makes continuing to use Brizzly difficult to justify. I like most everything else, but I'd really like this one to get prioritized. -
Can you try logging out and logging back in then hard refreshing? You shouldn't be seeing this bug anymore. -
i try it... yes the problem still exists. Not with all Twitter but with single ones -
Inappropriate?Still having same problem. Everyone I am following shows up on Brizzly, but still with only the Follow button and Message buttons appearing and no mute button. Tried it on IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
-
Inappropriate? The problem still exists for me as well. It's only for one of my accounts, and some of the people I follow are recognized correctly, but others are not.
-
Inappropriate?I reopened the ticket so someone will look into it again.

Inappropriate?Hi guys.
1- Mute function is missing in action for a while, i can ́t mute anybody.
2- Every single user has the follow button available, even if i ́m already following him, this button should dissapear or change to unfollow.
3- Same thing happens with the list of following and followers, everyone has the follow button available.
I tested in IE8 and chrome stable and dev, the behaviour is the same in both, logged out, cleaned up cookies, logged in again and the problem still exists.
Thanks in advance for your time, and for creating Brizzly, it ́s my main twitter tool.

Mute and followers problem..
I’m sad

Inappropriate?I have the same bug, I just signed-up & logged-in.
See this on all browsers - FF, IE & Chrome.

Inappropriate?I cannot mute Twitter profiles. When I click on the profile as shown in the tutorial, only two buttons/options appear--"message" and "follow." I am already following them, or they would not be in my feed. I use a Mac--does that make a difference? How do I mute?

Mute button does not appear when I click on a Twitter profile..
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? We @Skankazoid noticed something with brizzly lately some users (that we know) we follow show that we're not following them.
It show for some users. Tried different scenarios:
With people we follow & who follow us back
With people we follow but who don't follow us back
Even tried with my one of our other twitter accounts @iPhoneBabes (which we follow both ways) and according to brizzly, we're not following.
Any word on that? Or is it some Brizzled out feature we don't know about yet?

I'm not following who im following.
I’m unsure
-
Inappropriate? When I click on some user photos, I am given the option to "unfollow." For other users, (particularly ones that post 10+ messages less than a minute), I am not given the option to "unfollow" which is annoying.
Otherwise, great tool.
PS - I'm using Google Chrome (which may or may not be relevant).

Inappropriate?I want to mute some of the people that I'm following, but I find the button in some profiles, and at some profiles don't why is this? How can I mute them?

Some people can't be muted?.
I’m happy

Inappropriate? After some investigation, we've found that Twitter's API is returning incomplete following information. There's nothing we can do about the bug at this time.
The company says
this solves the problem
-
You mean to tell me you can't release the brizzly bear on the twitter bird and get it fixed?
What kind of blue coated bear is that? -
So, what about the missing mute function? -
Because we are getting incomplete follow information we are unable to show the mute button. We are not able to tell you are actually follow the person you are trying to mute. -
Thanks for the info Corinna, are Twitter guys aware of this problem? are they going to solve anytime soon?
Thanks for your time. -
Inappropriate?Oddly, it's been working for me for the last week. Maybe they fixed it, or something else happened
I’m amused
-
Inappropriate?I've just stopped using Brizzly. With no way to mute on Brizzly, I've moved on.
I’m disappointed.
-
Going to have to do the same thing. I don't think Brizzly has sufficiently explored alternatives (like, if somebody is in my stream, that should be a clue I'm following them). And we have had no communication on whether Brizzly is working with Twitter to fix the problem.
I won't clutter this thread with a discussion of alternatives, but you can reach me at @kylemaxwell to talk about them.
