Attach a taller LED?
can i attach a different rgb led? what would the specs need to be? i need the led to project higher off the board so it will reach inside a reflector.

For BlinkM, I think any common-cathode RGB LED can be used. Or you could use three independent LEDs and wire their cathodes together. -
