BlinkM doesnt work on the Arduino nor the BlinkM Sequencer

BlinkM worked fined until the battery on my laptop died and my laptop shutdown unexpectedly. Now with the Laptop plugged in BlinkM will not connect with my Arduino Diecimila.
Can you please help?
