Multiple BlinkMs like TodBots Cylon except a bit different, a few things I need help with.

I recently bought 10 BlinkMs and an arduino. I currently have beside me now the arduino and 2 BlinkMs running on IDC cable using 5x4 IDC connectors. They are working fine. When I use the Arduino environment and the BlinkMMulti.pde I can change the address of the BlinkMs and also ask each one to start playing a different script. So all is going well so far.
Before I ask my questions I will briefly describe what my project entails. What I want to do is set up 10 BlinkMs running along the cable and install them into a large box that you put your head in. So they will be installed looking into this box. The user will have headphones on when they go into the box. The idea is to have the lights synced to the music.
So my question is, how do I make a script for each of the 10 BlinkMs? Is is possible to make a script that will last about 3 mins long?
Also I once I have the scripts made for each light to go along with each of the audio elements, I need the all the scripts to be activated at the exact same time the audio begins, so as that the lights are perfectly in sync with each of the audio elements.
This maybe out side this forum, but if ye could help it would be great. Is it possible to connect this http://www.coolcomponents.co.uk/catal... to the arduino and when a motion is detected (when the persons head goes into the box) that it triggers the music and the light sequence to initiate at the exact same time? How would I do this?

Inappropriate?Ok I was wondering is it possible to get max msp to do everything? For instance could I code in Max Msp a light script.
Like make a message box that bangs a certain colour to stay on for certain amount of time, then bang another colour to stay on for another amount of time. Or is there always going to have to be Arudino code involved here.. the thing is I am a newbie at coding and only really know Max Msp.
Also if I can get max msp to read the motion sensor data from the arduino it can trigger the jitter patch to start and a buffer containing the audio for the project to start. So all I would need it to do now is trigger each of the BlinkM light scripts to start also.
If there was some way of programming blinkM light scripts in the max msp language and triggering them off I would be saved!!
