sequence issues

hello,

i'm using lovely blinkms and maxms to create a small scale light show. my color composition is of the most importance, and i can work it by use of sequencer but i can not run my own scripts in arduino (BlinkMScriptWriters and BlinkMScripTesters) through arduino. what is the best way to create my own sequence that needs to be longer than 6 minutes and have more transitions than there are available within the applet. also, after i upload the sequence through applet i can not overwrite it. how can i get around that?
