Dejumble 2.0 Screen shots
I want to post a little update just to let you know that despite the website being taken down we are working faithfully at getting 2.0 out the door. I understand the many unforeseen issues people have had with synchronization on the earlier versions, and I would like to offer my deepest apology. Your criticism and praise truly motivates me to make this product much better then before. I do hope, that ThinkingCode can regain lost ground from 1.x and provide a incredibly usable task management tool for existing and future users.
The amount of work that has already went into 2.0 insures that it wont simply just go away.
What is coming
The iPhone now synchronizes smart groups from the Mac, so you do not have to use the stock today, past due, etc smart groups.
We are also working on subtask integration as shown below.
Please note that this is not an official feature set. Changes may occur once the official release debuts.
Comments and suggestions are always welcome...

Inappropriate?Allan,
If a functional V2 comes true, I am one step closer to offer my sincere apologies for the bashing, and be an ambassador to promote it!
I must say we needed some visuals (seeing is believing).
BTW these visuals instead of the current web page would be restoring some confidence -
Inappropriate?Visuals look nice and what you say comes true I will also join the apology club. I am sorry if I am still a little skeptical though...
-
Inappropriate?I like the change in color scheme! The black on the iphone was a little dark (think goth) for me.
If you haven't incorporated this yet, if I may, I would like to suggest that you make it less taps to change the date. We all know that we are way too optimistic of ourselves and typically I plan too many things on a given day that I cannot possibly complete. It is difficult to change the dates readily. I think I counted four taps to get in and out in order to change the date. Perhaps this will be easier in the next release?
Hope this helps!
I’m ready for it!
-
Its now just one tap away... or two from list view.
-> detail view -> tap to change date/notes/... -
Inappropriate?Thank you, allan, for providing this. This is a huge help for all of these skeptical folks!
I’m thrilled
-
Inappropriate?I have to say, the tighter integration of the iPhone & Desktop App is welcome. But I do prefer the original graphics, in particular the darker grays, and how each task is in its own bubble, rather than just the line separating each task. I also have always really appreciated the graphic of the original check-mark in the circle of the completed task. I think its a bit more graceful than the chamfered boxes you show in the new version.

Inappropriate?Hey Allan,
so when will the update finally be "out of the door"? We all have been waiting for weeks now! And although I do appreciate the screen shots, I would rather see the final results!
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Absolutely agree with Linus' comment above. This looks great but it's been a while now and at least another update would be much appreciated.
-
Inappropriate? My apologies club is going to close due to lack of one member soon ....
As the author is not replying anymore, I'll reply for him in line with previous spirit - Dejumble 2.0α is just around the corner, as not to compromise the security of the software to the competition we are keeping silent
So how many of you, the optimistic crowd, are getting a bit more morose? Are still convinced by the withdrawal from the Appstore, or the 404 lookalike homepage...
I’m amused at the credulity
-
Inappropriate?Sorry, Allan. The new program LOOKS great, but I've tired of waiting. Best of luck on a developing a new business plan. Maybe Customer Service should be your primary focus.
I'm out.
I’m frustrated and done.
-
Inappropriate?Allan - not sure if you are aware of this or not, but I thought it was time someone informed you. The following are not considered "developing"...
1) Playing around in photoshop and making pretty pictures
2) Discussing with your online WOW friends task management strategies before the next battle
3) Sitting in "the dark" and randomly clicking the keys in attempts to type as fast as possible.
Prove me that I am wrong and you are not doing any of these things...
I’m confident Allan has nothing to say
-
Inappropriate?Well it looks like the coffin lowering in the ground for Dejumble.
Allan has nothing to say, for a month, probably left for a long holiday with the money made on Maczot.
Dejumble.com is paid for till March 2010 and the contact is still your "trusted" developer

Even if by a magical turn of events, Dejumble resurface, I have lost all confidence in the product anyway, and moved from a company who is still "Thinking about code" to one that has Cultured it! -
Inappropriate?So, what is going on?
The server has been up since yesterday, my iPhone and desktop are syncing. That hasn't happened in quite awhile.
Did someone accidently hit the power switch on the sync server before leaving town?
If "Thinking Code" is still alive. Just say so, if not, just say so. You've gotten our money. Stop screwing with us, and let us know what is up.
