Has ANYone heard ANYthing from Thinking Code?

Has anyone heard anything at all from Thinking Code regarding Dejumble 2.0?

I just sent a final message via their online form. I'd already sent e-mails to every address I could find and called the phone numbers on the TC website. No reply.

All I wanted to know was the state of Dejumble 2.0 and when, if ever, we could expect it. At this point I don't care if they say it's never going to happen, so long as I just get an answer.

I have never had such ill will toward a company as I have toward this one.

Ah, finally a response. From Mr. Phillips himself:

"Over the next couple months, we will be renaming the current Dejumble application in preparation for our new service. The renamed application will continue to be updated, however, we are still considering what direction to take with that product.

Currently, we are working on a web based project management solution that will be branded under the Dejumble name. Along with the web version, their will be mobile and possibly desktop versions as well.

We are dedicated to our original Dejumble customers, and will be offering incentives and other promotions to those users."

So, let's recap: Dejumble as we know it is still in limbo, despite some polished-looking screenshots from six months ago. Then there's some kind of web-based solution. Possibly with mobile and desktop versions. Sometime in the next couple of months, because the nearly ten that have already passed haven't been enough.

I hate to sound so snarky and bitter, but from my own point of view, I wanted an unobtrusive OS X menubar app that kept in sync with iCal and a companion iPhone app. Remember the Milk, Todoist, and Ta-Da Lists, to name just a few, already do the sort of thing that Thinking Code seem to be proposing under the Dejumble moniker. And those aren't the solutions I'm looking for.

I'd advise everyone in the same boat to look at Pluto Menubar. The iPhone companion app is still forthcoming, but those devs, at least, seem to appreciate their users' urgency.
