Questionable Business Practices???
I would like to get a feel of what others are thinking. I personally have not run into anything like the situation we are facing with Dejumble before. What kind of company says they will deliver something soon and then completely changes their mind and then holds their customers accountable. If I am wrong and you all feel that what is being done is not abnormal, fine, I will be quite about it all.

Inappropriate?CulturedCode did with Things... Their product was in beta with continually pushed back release dates...
-
Inappropriate?Their beta was also free...
So, what is your excuse now? -
Our version 1.1.x software is not free. Users that have that version can use the beta version as well. The details are explained under the "beta" link from at the top of the main page on our website that has been available for months. -
I like CulturedCode's approach much better. Don't charge the customer until you have a product that works as it is advertised. Why would version 1.1x not be free? how did it work any better than your beta? -
Not entirely true. They offered pre-orders at a reduced rate prior to the official release. -
Yes. But they also have been letting customers know for a long time that the actual release would be at MacWorld and drumroll please.... guess what - it was actually release. Who would of thought that a software would be delivered when promised?
