What is your refund policy?
We were promised a new product and nothing was delivered. There is no communication from the developer. There are continual bugs with the existing product. Why are we putting up with this?

Inappropriate?Because of the promo, I had bought this as an interim tool to use until Daylite touch comes out. Now you are telling me there is no release date in site?
How do I go about getting a refund? I know that I am hooped for the iPhone version, but am no longer using the Mac version (mostly because it stopped working). Plus, you guys are saying that you are going in the dark now? This is not acceptable at all. -
