Captive Furniture

I bought a sofa and chair at the Thomasville furniture store in Santa Barbara. They said it would take 12 weeks or more. However, when I called the company, my furniture was in but since I live in another town, they won't tell me when they will deliver it. They are waiting for other furniture to come in. I paid over 70 dollars for the delivery but I can't get it delivered. When I asked if I would get it before Christmas, they couldn't say. So I have people coming for Christmas and nothing for them to sit on. Happy Holidays
I did ask if I could just bring a truck and pick it myself but they said no that they couldn't do that because of insurance problems. By the way, they cashed my check ASAP.
