Could you explain the revenue sharing arrangement between Threadless and submitting artists, and also if an art licensing agreement has ever been considered, instead of the current Threadless acquisition of all rights. In other words, to get the best quality of art and design submissions, it is common for a licensing arrangement to be reached (usually a flat fee, plus commission on sales).
