HELP required for DS1004!!

Hi, I bought DS1004 at an exhibition in Singapore. I have a few problems now: 1. I can't find the manual for this model anywhere eg: the detailed pin setting for the IO ports 2. The system status led always blinking red 3. I can't connect to the device using TDST utiliy, with firewall & antivirus off!
Please help!
