New TDST Beta!

We have something new for you guys. Actually, we can honestly say it is something new for the entire industry: The first VSPD on the market to work properly for non-Administrator users.

We explain the whole thing on the Beta page, but here is a quick overview:

The Problem:

* Vista pops up a prompt every time you try to do an "Administrative" action (such as change the settings on a VSP).
* In a multi-user environment, an Administrator has to be called whenever a change has to be made to VSP configuration
* In a computer with one Administrator and multiple users, the Administrator has to configure the VSPs for the users, and may have to create a separate VSP for each user if they need different configurations.

The Solution:

The solution is called Per User Configuration, a major new feature of the TDST.

* Users can change their own VSP configurations
* Each configuration is for that specific user — multiple users may have multiple configs for the same port
* An Administrator is needed only for creating and deleting ports
* The feature can be toggled on or off by the Administrator
* The first truly Enterprise-ready Virtual Serial Port solution on the market!
