Option -W and option - A
H? , i am examine EM1000. If i select option W, can i drive any SPI device ( like serial flash memory ) with EM1000's SPI ports ( #71-80 Pins). Or can i select option –W and option -A together? ( EM1000W-1024K-A-01 )

Inappropriate?The SPI port on the EM1000 is not open for use under TIDE yet. The W = WiFi module is soldered directly onto the EM1000 module, so you cannot choose the A option with it since it places a pin header at the location where the WA1000 module is soldered onto the EM1000 module.

Inappropriate?Hi. Is there any predicted date for access to the SPI port in TIDE? We ordered a batch of EM1000's with the -A SPI connector option thinking we could use the SPI port for connecting additional EEPROM, but find currently it is useless. I assume this functionality is in development, so I am tempted to include the extra EEPROM and wait for TIDE to catch up. Even if we could "manually" control the SPIDI, SPIDO, SPICLK lines we could at least implement an SPI conenction.
Can anyone from Tibbo give us an estimate please? Thanks :)
