I've noticed that many of the bags are actually smaller than the corresponding-size laptop sleeve. For example, the small Wiki is 12.6" x 10" x 2" and accommodates a laptop that is 12" x 9" x 1.5" whereas the small Laptop Sleeve is 13.6" x 10.9" x 2" and accommodates a laptop that is 11.5" x 9.5" x 1.3".
So, is there any reason I should get a dedicated sleeve over a more traditional bag? I would be using it as a sleeve inside a larger bag. Would the external material of a bag such as the Wiki negatively effect using it as a sleeve?
Is the classic ballistic messenger the same as the laptop messenger but without the laptop compartment? In other words are they the exact same dimensions?
If so you should be bale to fit a computer of the size indicated in the laptop bag also in the ballistic messenger, right? If I go a classic large classic sleeve, will it fit in the medium ballistic messenger?
So I've used my Classic Sleeve with my MacBook for about 2.5 months now. I clean my MacBook about once every 2-3 weeks, and am noticing that I can't seem to get the diamond pattern (that is inside the Classic Sleeve) off of the top and bottom of my MacBook. Any suggestions for removing these unsightly marks?
Will the out of stock colors for the laptop sleeves be replaced? If not, when can we expect a new assortment of colors? I'd love something fun and bright but the only choices left are kind of blah.
I have been cycling for 4 years now and i just moved to a place where i can cycle to work. My question i guess is which messanger bag would be the best fit for me. I would have to be able to pack my shoes, pair of jeans, a shirt, lunch, cell phone and possibly shower goodies everyday. once in a great while might need to pack a laptop or a bulky box. I am looking for function over fashion also. Oh my ride to and from work is about a 35min ride with minimal traffic. Thanks!!
I would like to physically alter the dimensions for my computer sleeves I already bought. I like the padding and protection that It provides my new macbook air, but it is a little bit too tall. Is there any way to have it altered and have about 1 inch taken off the top or do I have to go find a tailor who might be able to do this?
