Hi there, I recently bought an Outtawhack Daypack which I totally love, except that the shoulder strap is way too short! I can't imagine it being of much use to anyone to sling over their shoulder - it's more like a handbag (purse) strap!
Any chance of getting a longer one? I'd like one that goes with the Timbuk2 look rather than a generic one. Oh, and I live in the UK!
I have a outawack messanger bag with straps for making it a backpack. My questions is how long should the messanger strap be? The one that came with is really short, I can't adjust it to lay past my mid section, i'd like it to be towards my hips.
My outtawhack day pack shoulder strap pad stitching is breaking? What can I do to have it replaced or exchanged? it is not a frequently used bag in my arsenal. I was a little disappointed that a 1 year old bag with this price would have such poor stitching on such a critical component.
Does the Outtawhack Daypack fit an Apple 17'' laptop comfortably? From reading the responses it seems that even-though a bag is advertised for a 17'' people are having problems with fitting them.
Ideally I would like a backpack/messenger bag that will fit a 17'' mac book pro. Does anyone have any recommendations?
For the outtawhack daypack why is the black/grey/black bag differently designed than the other two color combos? the backpack straps attach at different points at the bottom and are angled differently at the top. I like the way the other colors are designed, but not crazy about the colors, are there any other colors available in this ?updated? design, what's the deal? I was at a store today and saw the difference, and confirmed it in the online pictures... Thanks for the reply!
Will the 15in macbook pro fit snuggly in the outtawhack daypack or would it be better to get the laptop messenger, I would like something that holds it securely with padding and that i ride with on my blike like my old classic...( i prefer the 2nd cross strap when on the bike riding.)
I just bought the outtawack convertible bag and the shoulder strap seems rather short. I just want to make sure that the bag is meant to be worn a bit higher on the back.
I probably lost the detachable shoulder strap on the Outtawhack Day Pack and am looking to replace it. I see on the website that there is a replacement strap, but for the Commute, Commute XL, Detour, Duffel, and Yoga bags. Is there one specifically for my particular bag, and if not, is there another solution?
Outtawhack Day Pack$110.00, I just bought it and you know what? I dont like it at all and i spent $119.35 on that but it wasnt worth it...and i wanna return it back to the tore that i bought but the refused for the refund...what can i do...??? would you please do exchange to be another style??
