What can be done to mitigate the squeak, with the exception of returning the bag to you (which I see you have suggested elsewhere on this site)?

The Laptop compartment is too small for my new Laptop (Asus M70 17" W:41,D:30, H:4)
I dint't find a another Timbuk2 Bag that fits this Laptop. Or I dint see it. Do I??

Does any of you have a idea how to customize the Bag by a proffesional Tailor.
Anybody made this before??

Why are the Bag too small I tryed a few recent 17" Laptops but not any of them fit well.

I'm a bit disappointed

I just purchased a medium commute that is supposed to accept a laptop of 15 x 10 x 1.5 inches. I also just purchased a Lenovo T61 (14.1 x 10 x 1.4) and I cannot get the zipper on the commute zipped because the bag is too small. What is the solution for this? I like the bag, and it's overall size so I don't want to get the large. I double checked this before ordering the Laptop. I'm apparently not the first to have this problem. I hope there is an easy fix.

I have a three-year old large Commute (the original black version with the yellow interior and logo) that has served me admirably on hundreds of trips and the during the daily grind. Recently, the seam between zipper and the padded back started to seperate leaving about a four-inch opening. Would this problem be covered by the warranty?

I actually have decided to retire the bag from daily use and just ordered the large Commute Grown version. However, I would like to get this bag fixed so I can have it as a backup. I figure I can get it fixed by a tailor, but if Timbuk2 can fix it under warranty, I would prefer they handle.

I odered my bag on 3th of June(# but I still don't have my bag yet.

Of course I feel very angry because of this delay of delivery,
but even worse thing is that you didn't give me any comment or apology.

I'm so disappointed.

and please don't give me feed back like " ask to the customer service"
I already send them a e-mail and I got no reply.
