I have been looking at the website and I can't find the wallet section... what gives?

I thought it was a bike wallet, but I could be mistaken. I am a student at CU that purchased a wallet to hook to my backpack that contains my college ID, and so far I have had to replace the wallet 3 times at the bookstore, because the snaps keep breaking. My university no longer carries the wallet, and I spent 19.95 for it. Is there anyway to a get a replacement for it, or barring that credit towards another purchase? I really loved the design, but, the snaps are definitely flawed, and I need something that will keep my ID secure. To me, this is a lot of money to spend on a product that does not work.
